She has more than 10 years of experience, in the area of musculoskeletal and pain. She began her career at Changi General Hospital and led services in musculoskeletal outpatients, shoulder care, and A&E pain management, and worked closely with the multidisciplinary chronic pain team.

Clinically, Bianca has a special interest in acute and chronic neck and back pain, as well as dance injury prevention and rehabilitation.  She values providing personalised, evidence-based care that helps patients return to meaningful movement.

She also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Singapore Institute of Technology, where she teaches physiotherapy undergraduates.
